Pie Questions

How do I reheat the pie?

Those of us in Texas think that pecan pie is best served at room temperature, but if you would like to reheat it then we would recommend that you:

  • Remove the film wrap to expose the pie
  • Preheat oven to 250*
  • Place pie in oven on top rack
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Remove pie from oven
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing
  • Dig in!!

How should I store my pie?

You can safely keep the pie covered and at room temperature until the use by date on the pie—they are safe to store in this manner for up to 21 days. Pies left uncovered are an open invitation to eat and will be gone in far less than 21 days.

Can I freeze my pie?

Yes! Wrap it tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. It is safe well after that, but you will get the best taste in that time frame.

What allergens are in the pie?

Sorry, but pretty much all of them. Dairy, gluten, soy, and nut allergies should all steer clear. We’ll try to come up with the most delicious allergen free pie for next year. Our apologies!

Can I order the pie without the chocolate chips?

Not just yet, but we plan to offer more variety and options in the future.

What are the nutritional facts?

It’s a delicious pecan pie, so we would recommend that you not look, but if you really want to, then here it is…

Shipping & Handing Questions

How long does it take for the pie to arrive?

We ship via USPS Priority mail—your pie should arrive to its destination 1-3 business days after your chosen shipping date given no delays from the postal service during the busy holiday season. Get your orders in early to make sure it arrives on time; our pies are good for a while so you have plenty of time to enjoy it.

What days do you ship on?

We ship pies Monday through Saturday (with the exceptions of November 11 (Veterans Day), November 23 (Thanksgiving Day), and December 25 (Christmas Day)).

Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states. This includes homes, businesses, PO Boxes, and military bases. We’ll even ship to your in-laws so that you can sweeten them up before you arrive. Please contact us if you would like to ship elsewhere so we can see if we can work something out for you.

Payment & Cancellation Questions

What forms of payment to do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards online—Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you would prefer to pay cash, please visit us at one of our 18 locations and pick up your pie in store. Bitcoin not accepted.

Is online payment secure?

Yes! Our credit card payments are processed using Authorize.net for the highest level of security.
